  • Our Guild and its members are a welcoming, sociable group of textile craft lovers
  • We meet every month to enjoy a varied programme of activities, focussed on weaving, spinning and dyeing
  • We love to chat, learn, and share our skills with others
  • we go out into the community to offer people new opportunities to find out about our crafts
  • we help new members to develop their skills in a friendly, supportive environment

Annual membership fees are £25 for adults, or £5 for a visitor (refunded if joining).

16 December 2023 Christmas fun day, with bring and share lunch and Secret Santa
20 January 2024 Spinning the Blues away: our annual fun fibre challenge
17 February 2024 A talk by John Palmer, who will be demonstrating and discussing the use of computer software to draft weaving patterns
16 March 2024 Needle Felting Workshop with Carole Gascogne. Limited numbers. Workshop fee
20 April 2024 Equipment Dating Day: Bring along and try out a range of fibre related equipment and tools
18 May 2024 Open Day: Today we welcome visitors into the Church Hall to learn more about the Guild, and give spinning and weaving a try
