Our guild meets regularly throughout each month as follows:
2nd Monday 7 – 9pm
1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays 2 – 4pm
4th Saturday 10am – 4pm
By holding our meetings at various days and times, we hope therefore to make our guild as accessible as possible to all.
We are a busy guild with a very much ‘hands on’ approach where all members are encouraged to share their knowledge and skills to the benefit of all.
Some of our meetings have a specific focus eg branch weaving, natural dyeing, colour blending, and others are simply ‘craft along’ ones where we each bring our own projects to work on.
We have a well stocked library with a wide range of books and also we subscribe to a number of spinning/weaving magazines, all of which can be borrowed by guild members.
We also hold a range of spinning and weaving equipment which can be borrowed for a small fee thus allowing members to ‘try before they buy’
