Rampton Spinners meet 7 times a year for a whole blissful day of spinning from 10.00am to 3.30pm. There is usually someone who can teach beginners the basics, and there is always plenty of friendly encouragement.
Annual membership is currently £15.00. Visitors and guests are very welcome, and we ask them to contribute £3.00.
At most meetings we have a short, optional spinning related activity or demonstration.
Bring your lunch, but tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. The hall is roomy, warm and well lit.
There is a car park adjacent to the hall, but if it is full, please don’t park on the grass or directly in front of the hall.
