We are a very friendly Guild with members from a wide area across the North East. We love nothing more than to share our passions for spinning, weaving and dyeing together with other textile crafts including knitting, crochet, felting…you name it, someone probably knows how to do it!
We meet on the third Saturday of each month from 10am to 4pm at Stocksfield Baptist Church Hall. It is an accessible venue with great facilities and is light and airy so we can see what we are working on.
If you would like to come along and see for yourself you can come as a visitor for £5 for the day, if you love it you can join as a member for a full year for £30.
We have guild equipment that you can try, such as spinning wheels and drop spindles and there’s always someone who will be willing to show you the ropes.
