Stafford Knot Spinners is a craft group, meeting monthly at Hyde Lea Village Hall, Stafford since 1986.

Our interests are all things yarn related including: spinning, weaving, dyeing, knitting and crochet.

We are a diverse group, sharing our skills and interests with a cuppa and biscuit or cake.

15th Feb ‘There’s No Planet B’  St Chad’s Church, Stafford
1st Mar Colour theory – working with colour & which dyes to use
We’ll have a reminder of the colour wheel, and look at protein fibres vs cellulose vs artificial fibres.  This will be led by Lidia and Mary
5th Apr A Skill Share Day
3rd May Building patterns – blocks & colour theory
Looking at transitional colour changes, ombre and more & when to start planning.
 
17th May Indigo Dyeing Day with Amanda Hannaford
