We are a very friendly Guild with members from far & wide sharing our passions for spinning, weaving and dyeing together with textile crafts including knitting, crochet and more. A very warm welcome is extended to all new visitors who can join us for £5/day or join the guild for £30/year (2024). A guild spinning wheel and spindles are available for those who would like to try this mindful craft.
We now meet at Stocksfield Baptist Church hall on the 3rd Saturday of every month (not Dec) and have a varied programme of workshops, talks, skill sharing and swaps. Please note members have priority for workshops & must be paid for in advance. Those not wishing to join a workshop are welcome to bring along your own craft item to work on. We have many new beginners and long-established members of all abilities and look forward to meeting you!
