Wiltshire guild

The Wiltshire Guild of Spinners, Weavers, Dyers, and Associated Crafts is situated in the village of Steeple Ashton, Wiltshire.

Our workshops cover a range of crafts such as spinning, weaving, dyeing, patchwork, knitting, sewing, and handicrafts.  We provide beginner and follow-up workshops in spinning, weaving, as well as knitting and sewing classes for novices.

Our website is regularly updated with Guild events, including the Guild Day Programme held every third Saturday of the month. The Members only section provides resources on various crafts, including help guides, information sheets, videos, and presentations.

The notes on Spinning and Weaving by the late Anne Lander, a cherished member, serve as a valuable resource for spinners and weavers and can be found in the members section of our website.

We are also delighted to host historical WSD Journals dating back to 1938, again found in our members section of the website.

If you are interested in finding out more  you are welcome to visit us and can expect a friendly reception. For more details and contact information about our groups and what we have to offer, please visit our website.
